Had hair colored a few weeks ago and a lot of my hair began to fall out afterwards. I will not go back! They must use sorry color. I have never had this happen before.
I'm 56 old and have never seen such lack of professional hair stylist in my life. They did as they please , not what was asked. They did offer to redo,but already had did a redo when we there. No thanks for a another botched job .
Is it possible for me to rate less than one star? I had been to a few hair stylists in this area but never have I experienced such a complete lack of professionalism and respect than what I've had here. After leaving to another company after an initial screw up and finally coming back, returning was apparently a bad decision. I set up an appointment, walk in, and sit down to get my hair cut, asking for "a short trim". Easy enough, right? Take out some scissors and trim? Somebody who goes to school to cut hair should know what that means, right? Wrong. The lady I lucked out with takes out some hair clippers and asks "if I wanted a guard". I didn't know what this meant and she said she would explain. Instead of explaining, she proceeds to give me a long buzz cut without skipping a beat, and to add insult to injury I was charged $13 for this. I won't be returning and will look to other, more capable competitors in the area for my basic haircut. I do not recommend.
